This Privacy Policy explains how ScalingCraft Solutions FZCO, Dubai ("ScalingCraft," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit scalingcraft.com or submit information through our contact form, booking widget, or WhatsApp link (together, the "Site"). This policy covers the Site only — it does not cover data our clients' own dental practices collect from their patients.
1. Information we collect
Through the Site, we collect information you choose to give us:
- Contact form: name, practice name, website, city/state, email, phone number, and your stated growth challenge.
- Booking: the date/time you select and contact details needed to confirm a call, handled by our scheduling provider, Zoho Bookings.
- WhatsApp: if you message us via the WhatsApp button, that conversation is handled directly in WhatsApp under Meta's own privacy policy — we only see what you send us.
- Automatically: standard technical information collected by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability purposes.
We do not knowingly collect dental patient data through this Site — the forms above are for dental practices inquiring about our services, not for patients.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare your free PPC audit.
- To schedule and confirm calls you book with us.
- To send you information about our services, if you've asked for it.
- To improve the Site and diagnose technical issues.
We do not sell your information to third parties.
3. Third-party services we use
Submitting the contact form or booking widget shares your information with our CRM and scheduling provider, Zoho (Zoho Forms, Zoho CRM, Zoho Bookings), so we can follow up with you. Zoho processes this data under its own privacy policy. Our Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard technical/log data as part of delivering the Site.
4. Cookies & tracking
As of July 2026, this Site does not run analytics or advertising trackers of its own. If we add analytics (e.g. to measure which pages are useful) or an ad pixel in the future, we will update this policy to describe what's added and how to opt out where applicable.
5. Data retention
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you, and — if you become a client — for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete information that isn't required for those purposes (see Section 7).
6. International data
ScalingCraft Solutions FZCO, Dubai is registered in Dubai, UAE, and works with dental practices across the US and other countries. Information you submit may be processed and stored outside your own country, including in the UAE and wherever our providers (Section 3) host their systems.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@scalingcraft.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children's privacy
This Site is intended for dental practice owners and staff, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or our tools change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
