Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of scalingcraft.com (the "Site") and, at a high level, the services offered by ScalingCraft Solutions FZCO, Dubai ("ScalingCraft," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Where these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement between you and ScalingCraft, the signed agreement controls.
1. Who we work with
Our services are intended for dental practices and dental group operators seeking patient acquisition marketing (see our Services page). The Site is a marketing and lead-generation tool for practices, not a patient-facing service.
2. Free audit & free trial offers
Where advertised, our free PPC audit and free-trial offers (see Pricing) are provided at no cost and with no obligation to continue. Free first month · month-to-month after a 90-day minimum · cancel anytime. Specific eligibility, scope, and duration for any offer will be confirmed with you in writing (email or service agreement) before work begins, and may not be available to every practice.
3. Engagement & payment
Pricing shown on the Site is indicative and subject to change until confirmed in a signed service agreement or written quote, which will set out fees, billing frequency, ad-spend handling, and deliverables for your specific engagement.
4. Term & cancellation
Unless your service agreement says otherwise, engagements run month-to-month after any minimum term stated at signup, and either party may cancel with written notice as described in that agreement. Specific guarantees tied to a pricing tier (for example, a performance-based refund) apply only to that tier and only as written in your agreement.
5. Client responsibilities
To run your campaigns, we need timely access to relevant ad accounts, prompt approvals on creative/landing pages, and accurate information about your practice, procedures, and pricing. You remain responsible for ensuring your practice's advertising, offers, and patient communications comply with applicable healthcare-advertising laws and professional board rules in your jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, and the ScalingCraft name and marks belong to ScalingCraft Solutions FZCO, Dubai. Ownership of ad creative, landing pages, and other deliverables we build for your account is addressed in your service agreement.
7. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share with us about your practice — including performance data, account access, and business plans — as confidential, and use it only to deliver our services to you.
8. Disclaimers
Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control, including your local market, ad platform policies, and your practice's follow-up with leads. Except for guarantees expressly stated in a signed service agreement, we make no promise of specific results. The Site and its content are provided "as is."
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ScalingCraft Solutions FZCO, Dubai's liability arising from the Site or our services is limited to the fees you've paid us in the period giving rise to the claim, except where a signed service agreement states otherwise.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ScalingCraft Solutions FZCO, Dubai's place of registration in Dubai, UAE, unless your signed service agreement specifies a different governing law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as our services or the Site change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated to you directly.
